Hi, I’m Dana Early, and I’m the person our team turns to when they need a solution — fast. With more than two decades of experience in real estate and client services, I’ve learned how to anticipate problems before they happen, communicate clearly, and keep every moving part of a transaction on track. If there’s a service provider you need in Georgetown County, chances are I already have their number.

I’ve been licensed since 2000, but what makes my role with Mariah and Hampton truly meaningful is the history behind it. Mariah and I raised our children together here, side by side, long before we ever worked on the same team. Our kids grew up as friends, and over the years our professional relationship became something closer to family. That’s part of what makes our team dynamic so unique — the trust, the loyalty, and the genuine respect we share.

Now, with Hampton carrying their family’s legacy forward, I’m proud to support a team that serves clients with integrity, care, and a deep love for our community. As a Georgetown native, I bring a vast local network and a strong understanding of the area, which helps us deliver a higher level of service at every step.

My goal is simple: to make the process smooth, informed, and stress-free for our clients, while ensuring that every detail — big or small — is handled with precision.

When I’m not working, I’m spending time with my two grown sons, reading, or enjoying the beaches that have always felt like home.
