About Hannah Fesperman

A native of Georgetown with extensive community knowledge, Hannah Fesperman is the agent clients turn to when they need an enthusiastic problem solver with a professional, proactive approach to real estate.  Serving buyers and sellers in Pawleys Island and the surrounding areas, Hannah is known for her passion for researching the real estate market and the national economy, along with her commitment to ethical business practices.

 

Having attended Lander University on a golf scholarship, Hannah has a patient demeanor and a talent for remaining calm in pressure-filled situations.  Adaptable and responsive, she has found that many of the other hard-earned lessons she learned on the golf course apply directly to real estate, such as how to persevere through adversity, form a game plan, execute, and follow-through.

 

Hannah believes the persistence and determination that allowed her to become a successful student-athlete have been essential to her success in real estate.  Energetic, reliable, and thorough, she also credits her focus on providing her clients with prompt, information-rich communications, proficiency with advanced technology, and affinity for conversing with people of widely differing backgrounds. 

 

Since returning to Pawleys Island to embark on her real estate career, Hannah has excelled as a result of her ability to match her clients with the perfect home and lifestyle to fit their goals and dreams.  Passionate about sharing her lifetime’s worth of knowledge pertaining to local school districts, neighborhoods, and service providers, she is always willing to travel to support her clients, whether it’s to Murrells Inlet, Litchfield, Garden City, DeBordieu, or Georgetown.

 

As a member of the Mariah Johnson Group, Hannah is able to tap into the power of a proven local network of professional connections, which assist in her efforts to deliver seamless, hassle-free transactions.  Committed to serving the community where she lives and works, she enjoys volunteering at St. Francis Animal Shelter when she isn’t busy working.  Going to the beach, finding new restaurants, boating, and continuing to refine her golfing skills are some of her other favorites.
