Each and every client gives me the privilege of sharing a chapter of their life with me. Facilitating a real estate transaction makes me a part of their story — and that’s a responsibility I don’t take lightly.

I’ve built my business — and now, my team — around one guiding belief: excellence in real estate isn’t about perfection; it’s about understanding what “success” truly means for each client. And that definition changes from person to person, sometimes even moment to moment. You can’t teach someone to spot that shift — it’s something you just feel.

Over the years, I’ve earned the nickname “Mother Real Estate”, and honestly, I might be prouder of that than any award. Maybe it’s because, like any mom, I tend to know what my clients need before they have to ask — whether that’s space to grieve while saying goodbye to a beloved home, a strategic plan to land the perfect investment, or a steady hand through a stressful transition.

I’m proud of the transactions I craft with my clients, but more than that, I’m proud of the trust they place in me. Sometimes I’m proud because we navigated a tough deal with grace; other times, it’s because our marketing plan helped a seller shine in a crowded market. Whatever the reason, I take pride in doing the job right — with heart, strategy, and a lot of local know-how.

As a true native of Georgetown County, I’ve watched this beautiful stretch of the South Carolina coast evolve — and so have my children, who were raised here just as I was. Partnering with my son, Hampton Roberts, to continue this legacy was an easy decision. He didn’t need me to teach him my philosophy — he grew up understanding it. My daughter, Suzi Roberts, lives on the West Coast, where she’s built her own impressive career as an entertainment attorney.

My husband, Scott, and I make our home right here in Pawleys Island, and when we’re not working, there’s a good chance you’ll find us in our outdoor kitchen — our favorite place to cook, unwind, and spend time with family and friends. We’re a family of proud Gamecock fans, so if there’s a big game on, you can bet we’re gathered around with great food, laughter, and a little good-natured carrying on. (And even if Gamecock football keeps us humble, women’s basketball never lets us down — Go Cocks!)

Because at the end of the day, I believe real estate — much like life — is all about connection, community, and creating a legacy you’re proud of.
